  • Client-side issues

We do not access client data without authorisation unless required to deliver services.


9. Backups & Data Loss

Unless a Backup & Disaster Recovery service is purchased:

  • The client is responsible for securing their own data

  • We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or downtime

If backup services are included, we will follow the agreed backup schedule.


10. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate third-party platforms such as:

  • Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)

  • Hosting companies

  • Software vendors

We are not liable for outages, failures, or policy changes made by third-party providers.


11. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by UK law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute security


12. Cancellation & Termination

  • Completed work is non-refundable

  • Deposits may be non-refundable
